Food & Wine Festival 2012

Brand new and an exciting feature to this year’s Flower Show, the Food & Wine Festival is located on the fifth floor Lifestyle Level. Your ticket to the Flower Show gains you admission. You will have the opportunity to see up to eighteen chef demonstrations. Transforming hourly, each new chef will share recipes and techniques such as:

  • Nationally acclaimed chef and author Sara Moulton preparing three time-saving dishes for weeknight meals.
  • Local chef and cooking instructor David Dadekian preparing locally raised 100% pedigreed Black Angus beef from Blackbird Farm in Smithfield with farm owner Ann Marie Bouthillette.
  • Johnson and Wales University Chef Instructors daily at 2:00 PM featuring Associate Professor and celebrity chef Frank Terranova.
  • Executive Chef and founder of Easy Entertaining Kaitlyn Roberts with Camouflaged Green: Veggies Kids Love.
  • The Crack Of The World’s Most Famous Wheel of Reggiano Parmigiano with Whole Foods.
  • Fine Catering by Russell Morin, dazzling with home entertainment ideas.

Many chefs will sign their cookbooks in the Bookstore Café where you can enjoy cappuccino and your favorite coffee drinks.
